Returns Policy

Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

Fill in the return request form attached to the order or submit your return form using in the Return Deparment link.

Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

We want to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 14 calendar days from the original date of purchase. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Restocking fee starting at 20% will apply.
If you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged, please contact us and let us know before requesting a return and/or leaving feedback.
1. Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of initial request.
2. Please package items carefully for return (items damaged on the return trip may not be refunded).
3. Refunds (less return shipping costs) are issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of original item sent.
4. If the item is returned damaged or otherwise unsalable, the return will be denied or 50% of the refund will be withheld.
5.Please do not return items in the manufacturers box - ie) Shoes should be returned in the protective box, not just the shoe box.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. If you choose to use a prepaid label of our company, the cost of the label will be withheld from your final refund.

Bat returns. Bats that are new, unused and in the plastic wrapper may be returned for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. New bats that have been removed from the plastic wrapper are subject to a return fee not to exceed 25% of the purchase. New, undamaged bats returned in the plastic with obvious ball marks will be considered used bats. We don't accept used bats. Any marks, scratches or other imperfections resulting from the use, transport or storage of the bat while in the possession of the customer; will result in the bat being considered used bat and will not be eligible for a refund. All manufacturing defective bats must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The following items that do not qualify for return or changes: wooden bats, sliding shorts, cups, catcher equipment, among others.

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 calendar days from the original date of purchase. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 14 calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers can't ask for a money refund, We only offer Credit In-Store Gift Card. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to PR law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
