Backorders, Drop Shipping & Special Orders Policy
Initial Deposit
A 100% initial deposit of the total purchase price is required at the time of placing the order. This deposit does not include handling and/or shipping costs, which will be calculated separately.
Timeframe
Orders placed through backorders, drop shipping, or special orders typically take between 2 to 12 business weeks to fulfill. However, please note that in certain circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier delays or unforeseen logistical issues, fulfillment may take longer.
Cancellation
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel a special order, drop shipping, or backorder, BBB Sporting Goods reserves the right to retain the initial deposit as a restocking charge. This charge is necessary to cover administrative costs and potential losses incurred due to the cancellation.
Beyond Our Control
While we strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner, there may be instances where delays occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations, and we will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to your order status. By placing an order through our backorders, drop shipping, or special orders services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to comply with its terms and conditions.
