Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased from BBB Sports, Inc., you will have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request exchange or return by in-store credit. The product must be in perfect condition, with its label and in its original packaging, used items are NOT accepted or out of their original packaging. Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for personalized orders, including uniforms, t-shirts, stickers, etc. Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for transactions made through Lay Away or Backorder. The customer must request their return by store credit with the purchase receipt. For all return request restocking fee of 20% apply and shipping cost aren't refundable. Returns will not be accepted after the deadline or without receipt. In case of returning the items, the refund will be processed by store credit, if you request a return and qualify we will make a store credit since we DO NOT return money to the method used at the time of purchase. The following items do not qualify for return by store credit or exchanges: cups, jockstraps, sliding shorts, wood bats, catcher kits, electronic items, items purchased by special order, among others. Properly dispatched items and / or special orders DO NOT qualify for return or exchange. BBB Sports, Inc. will only make store credit if the exchange or return by store credit meets the requirements established in our policy. The exchange or return by store credit may be denied if you do not comply with any of our clauses in this policy. Store credit must be used within 30 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise.
Any product with warranty, if apply, must be claim directly to the manufacturer. BBB Sports, Inc. doesn't accept warranty claim in our stores.
Lay Aways do not qualify for exchanges or returns. A minimum purchase total of $ 25 and an initial deposit of 50% of the total purchase is required. The due date to pay the balance due and collect the Lay Away items is 30 calendar days from the date it is activated. Customer must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to start, pick up items on, or make a Lay Away. Backorders, Dropshipping or Special Orders
Special orders could take from 2 to 12 business weeks due to the high volume of orders placed in our stores. Special Orders do not qualify for exchanges or returns. An initial deposit of 100% of the total purchase is required to order, and a handling fee may apply to purchase the product (s) you are interested in. If you cancel a special order BBB Sports, Inc. will retain the full deposit as a restocking fee.
Customer must provide the artwork (cost not included). Customer confirm that reviewed, authorized and approved roster, design, and any other details of this custom order and recognize that can't make additional change. No order will be delivered if the customer not provide the digital art, roster, designs & graphics. Customer release BBB Sports, Inc. from liability for errors in size, design, spelling or turnaround (normally 6-8 weeks) delay due to incomplete documents and accepted that the order will be in accordance with what is stated in documents on record. The initial deposit of 50% of the total purchase is required to make a personalized order. You must verify that all items in your order are delivered to you before you leave the store. We are not responsible for unverified merchandise at the time of delivery. Orders requested for a period of less than 21 business days will be made at an additional cost of 20%. Pricing and Availability
Products, prices, promotions, exclusions and availability may vary between physical stores and our online store, prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing only applies to online sales, not in-store sales. MSRP on this website means "Retail Price in Physical Store" and not manufacturer's suggested retail price.
Availability is indicated on the details page of each product. Once a product leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you selected during the checkout process should determine the arrival date of the product.
