Customer must provide the artwork (cost not included). Customer confirm that reviewed, authorized and approved roster, design, and any other details of this custom order and recognize that can't make additional change. No order will be delivered if the customer not provide the digital art, roster, designs & graphics. Customer release BBB Sports, Inc. from liability for errors in size, design, spelling or turnaround (normally 6-8 weeks) delay due to incomplete documents and accepted that the order will be in accordance with what is stated in documents on record. Minimum rush order (normally 4-6 weeks) fee start at $350 plus 20%. Customer must verified the custom order upon delivery, and can't make claim after out of store. Non-refundable custom order because is produced and customized solely for the customer, team or organization that signed and agreed this store policy. The initial deposit of 50% of the total purchase is required to make a personalized order. You must verify that all items in your order are delivered to you before you leave the store. We are not responsible for unverified merchandise at the time of delivery. By placing the order the customer confirms that he has reviewed, authorizes the design and approves that all the details of the order are correct. In the same way, the client acknowledges that returns or exchanges on personalized items are not accepted. Non-refundable money, therefore you must verify the design in the store. Orders requested for a period of less than 21 business days will be made at an additional cost of 20%. All uniforms and custom shirts in our stores will carry the BBB Sports brand logo, if you wish to withdraw the BBB Sports brand, it will incur an additional cost of $ 1.50 per unit and you must notify it at the time of placing the order. The client is responsible for providing digital art; art price not included. No order will be delivered without digital art. If you want to make the registered logo of a trademark, you must provide the corresponding authorization from the license owner because without that, we cannot produce the registered trademark. The estimated delivery date may vary in accordance with the requirements, changes or design of the order, therefore, the estimated delivery date does not represent a faithful and exact date of delivery, for which the customer agrees to wait your order even when it may be delayed by factors beyond our control. Disclaimer to BBB Sports, Inc. for errors in size, design, colors (which may vary) or spelling, and the customer acknowledges that the order will be made according to what is indicated in the document at the time of making the order. After accepting the terms and conditions when placing the order, the customer cannot make any other changes in design, size or details about the transaction.
